My identity could not be verified because my ID was too far away from the camera. How can I fix this?

Please use the Resubmit ID button on to submit a clear, close-up photo of your ID. The photo should still contain the ID document edges and corners, but you should hold the ID close close enough to the camera that your name, date of birth, ID expiration date, and face photo are clearly visible. Your face does not need to be in the same image with your ID.
