My identity could not be verified because you could not confirm the authenticity of my ID. How can I fix this?

Please use the Resubmit ID button on to submit a new photo of your ID. 

Your ID must:

  • Be an authentic, official, government-issued form of identification from our list of accepted documents for your country or region.
  • Have a valid expiration date.
  • Contain a recent, up-to-date photo of you so our team can match your ID photo to your face.
  • Be well-lit, in focus, and clearly visible so our team has no trouble reading your information, matching your ID photo to your face, or viewing the hologram on your document (if it contains one).
