If your ID was rejected, or if you did not provide an ID during the setup of the test, you have 14 days from the date you completed the test to submit your ID info. We cannot accept ID submissions via email. To submit your ID info, log in to the Duolingo English Test website or mobile app, and a “Resubmit” button will appear next to the rejected test. If you believe this ID rejection was in error, please contact support.
