You will receive an email explaining why your test got rejected. You can also see a description of the issue when you log into the app or website. If you have any questions after reviewing your test validity, please contact support.
If there was a problem with your ID, you can submit your ID again within 14 days of completing your test without having to take the test again. If there is a technical problem with your test, you can take the test again for free within 30 days of your original purchase.
