Why was my ID rejected?

Please make sure that the ID provided is on our list of accepted IDs and is the original ID, not a photocopy or a picture of an ID (no phone screenshots permitted). In addition, make sure the picture of the ID is clear and legible without any information cropped, so that we can compare your name and photo from the test to the info on your ID.
