My student has used a voucher that they purchased from a third party? How do I ensure that I can still see their results?

Please ask your students to login to their dashboard and navigate to settings. Under settings, they’ll see a button to add invite code. Ask them to add your invite code there. They’ll be shown the following prompt “By adding [COUNSELOR NAME] they’ll be notified of your test status changes. You’ll also have the option to send certified test scores”. Once they click continue, you’ll be able to see their scores.
