My identity could not be verified because my ID contains native characters, but I did not enter them in the given name and surname fields. How can I fix this?

Please use the Resubmit ID button on englishtest.duolingo.com/home to submit a new photo of your ID and re-enter your name.

You will need to enter your name twice. First, using the characters shown on your ID, you will enter your name in the appropriate fields. Then you will be asked to enter your transliterated name in separate text fields. The system will not allow you to proceed if you write your name twice in English.
