Your ID must be government-issued and meet the following criteria:
- Full date of birth
- Photo of your face
- Valid expiration date
- Country of issuance
- Full legal name
We also accept official, stamped UNHCR (United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees) asylum seeker or refugee certificates that contain your face photo, name, and date of birth.
We do not accept handwritten IDs, photocopies, or digital image of an ID on a mobile device.
Please note that you must write your name exactly as it appears on your governmental ID card. This should include your middle name and any additional given names or surnames, if these appear on your ID.
