I received an email stating that you were unable to certify my test results. What happened?

If you are suspected of violating any of the rules of the Duolingo English Test, Duolingo reserves the right not to certify your test results. In this case, please review the test rules before retaking the test.

We may also have been unable to certify your test results due to a technical error that occurred during the test or after uploading it. In this case, please make sure that you have a stable internet connection and are using the most up-to-date version of one of our supported browsers before retaking the test. If the problem persists, please contact support with specific details about the issue.
