My test won't upload after I've completed the test. What should I do?

First off, please make sure that you're using the most recent version of one of our supported browsers.

  • Once the test starts to upload, do not open any additional programs, windows, or attempt to refresh the page.
  • Ensure that you are on a stable internet connection. If the wireless internet signal isn't strong, use a wired connection.
  • If the test stops uploading, or fails to upload, the system will automatically try again five times. After the fifth attempt, the test will not upload and you will need to take the entire test again. Please note, you will not have to pay again if this problem occurs.
