We suggest that you use one email address and account to take the Duolingo English Test. You are permitted to have two valid test scores in any 30-day period, but having multiple email addresses and accounts on the Duolingo English Test website can make this very confusing for everyone involved.
If you had an account blocked due to an uncertified test, you may NOT create a second account in order to receive a valid score. You must go through the appeals process noted in your results email.
If you do have more than one email address used to take a test, you may have one account blocked. If you feel that this was done in error, or you had a typographical error in your email address, please reach out to our Support team directly.
