To submit an accommodation request, please follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Duolingo English Test account at englishtest.duolingo.com. If you do not yet have an account, you may create one at https://englishtest.duolingo.com/register.
2. Once you have logged in, go to https://englishtest.duolingo.com/accommodations.
3. Complete the form to request an accommodation. When you check a reason for accommodation, a text box that says “Please specify condition” may appear. If this text box appears, you must enter something in it.
4. If you have any documentation to support your accommodation request, attach it using the CHOOSE FILE button.
5. Click SUBMIT REQUEST.
Once you have submitted your request, a supervisor will send a reply to the email address associated with your Duolingo English Test account within three business days.
