I received notice my camera or microphone didn't work, but I’m sure it did.

This is a common issue with less stable internet connections. 

Your camera may be working properly, but the audio may be delayed due to a server or internet issue which makes the test session very difficult to proctor. 

In these cases, we suggest trying again. We will give you another test credit to do this, and suggest using a wired or more stable internet connection. 

If this happens more than once, please consider using a different computer on a different internet connection. Otherwise, you may receive multiple technical errors in a row. 

You may also request a refund if you’d prefer NOT to take the test again. Please reach out to support.
