I have concerns about a test taker breaking the rules. What should I do?

The security and integrity of the Duolingo English Test are our highest priority. We employ innovative security protocols to prevent and detect rule-breaking behavior when it happens. However, we aware that some people may be highly motivated to gain an unfair advantage on the test. 

If you believe that a test-taker has broken the test rules for any reason, you can share more information with Duolingo by emailing security@testcenter.zendesk.com. Your information will be kept anonymous. Please include as many details about the situation and the test-takers involved as possible. A supervisor will review your email and respond if they have any questions.
