Can test takers appeal their results?

If a test taker receives an invalid result due to a broken rule, they may have the opportunity to appeal that result within 72 hours of receiving the notification that their test was not certified. In the appeal email, they may provide details to contextualize their testing situation and ask for the result to be reexamined.

Once an appeal has been submitted, it is reviewed by a proctoring supervisor within 4 business days. The proctoring supervisor reads the appeal message, reexamines the test, and replies to the tester taker with a decision to either uphold or overturn the original result.
