Please, follow the steps below to check the camera and microphone settings. It is necessary for launching our application.
- Click the Windows button in the bottom-left of the screen.
- Click the “Settings” icon.
- Choose the “Privacy” section.
- Scroll down to locate Camera + Microphone in your App Permissions list.
- Here is an image highlighting the correct Options from the list.
Camera:
- Select Camera from the Privacy & Security Setting Menu
- Toggle Desktop App Viewer to Enabled.
Microphone:
- Select Microphone from the Privacy & Security Setting Menu
- Toggle the Desktop App Viewer & Voice Recorder to Enabled
After that we recommend you restart your laptop and try to take the test again.
