Please take the test in a private, quiet room. Close all other windows and quit all other programs before starting the test.
It is okay to use an external USB keyboard or mouse during the test. However, you should only type on one keyboard and use one mouse when responding to test questions. Do not switch back and forth between multiple keyboards or mice.
If your test was invalidated because our proctoring team could not confirm you completed the written sections independently, you should disconnect any extra keyboards or mice before testing again. If you are taking the test on a laptop, unplug all external keyboards/mice and use the laptop's built-in keyboard and trackpad. If you are taking the test on a desktop, make sure only one keyboard and one mouse are connected.
